Seeking spiritual growth through obedience and discipline
God has an excellent plan for your life but to implement this plan, you must learn to walk in obedience and live a disciplined, God-centered life. Is God’s plan for you attainable? You must Immerse yourself in the study of God's Word. Jesus stated, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed" John 8:31. To abide in God's Word, you must read it, study it, and meditate on it. It must become what your heart is filled of, so that when life squeezes you, the Word of God emerges. The degree to which you succeed in attaining God's purpose for your life is directly proportional to how much you submit to Jesus as Lord. In Luke 6:46, Jesus asked, "Why do you call me 'Lord, Lord,' and not do what I tell you?" Knowing about Jesus, becoming acquainted with Jesus, or even addressing Jesus as "Lord" is never enough.
